Club4 is the rewards program owned and operated by 4Paws & More Pet Supplies. Participation in the program is for individuals who agree to its terms and conditions, which are subject to change from time to time. Any updates to the terms & conditions will be on our website and supersede previous versions. Changes to Club4 terms & conditions will be advised to members via newsletters as they occur but it is the responsibility of a member to check the website for changes.

How to join:
Ask one of our friendly team in either store for a Club4 Rewards card. They will require a moment of your time to record your name, email and mobile number, then we will provide you with your card. At this point, you can start using your card and earn rewards points. You will receive a welcome email that invites you to complete your application on line. This is not compulsory, but will greatly assist us in providing a better experience for you and offers you an extra 5 bonus points to get started with.

Using the Club4 Rewards program:
Every time you make a purchase in store, simply provide your card to be scanned before you pay and your points will be added to your account. Once you have earned 500 points, we will be able to discount $10 (for example) from a future purchase or purchases. You will be able to start redeeming points once you have a minimum of $10 credit. You must use points within 12 months of accruing them.

We reserve the right to ask you to redeem points if they accumulate above $20.00.

Products purchased whilst redeeming your points do not count toward future accruals. 

If you return a product for exchange or refund, the original points will be voided and adjustments made accordingly. 

Points are not exchangeable for cash, gift cards or transferrable to another person.

How we keep in touch:
We send regular email newsletters which include the latest offers for members, new products, special events and information on a range of important pet subjects. We may also  replicate some or all of this information on our website or Facebook page after Club4 emails have been sent. You have the right to opt out of our email service at any time without affecting your Club4 Rewards membership, but you may not then be aware of specials or exclusive deals/competitions that apply to you.

How points are accrued:
Generally, a point is accrued for every dollar you spend. There will be some variations to this. For example, we may have “double points” days, or some products may be featured as having a higher value from time to time. There may also be products that are either exempt from the programme or have a lower value, such as white label Fancy Feast, some sale or discounted items or special orders. Points will begin accruing from the first time you use your Club4 Rewards card. We cannot apply points to previous purchases.

Disputes about points:
If you believe you’ve missed out on points, please speak to one of our duty managers in the first instance, providing your proof of purchase and Club4 Rewards card. We will always endeavour to look after our customers to the best of our abilities, but any decision made by management after investigating any concerns will be final.

Any personal information (name, address, phone no, sales history, email etc) gathered about you relating to your Club4 membership will be used exclusively by us and not given, sold on or otherwise transferred to a third party, except as may be required by law.

Changes to the program:
We reserve the right to withdraw, alter or adjust the program or points without any liability to Club4 or 4Paws & More Pet Supplies, its staff, management or owner. Points are not transferrable for cash under any circumstances.
